This guide was created to help students in PACS 108: INTRO TO PACIFIC ISLAND STUDIES to find information resources for coursework and research. Please note that there are several pages of this guide (navigate through the tabs at the top).

The focus of this guide is on library resources (books, e-book, databases, journals). Many of these resources are RESTRICTED by license for UHWO students, faculty and staff only. If you are affiliated with UHWO, you can access restricted resources from your home or the library using your UH login and password.

This guide is not comprehensive. There are likely to be other library and open web resources that might be relevant to your specific topic.

If you cannot locate resources for your topic, please contact us to schedule a reference consultation. Or drop by the Reference Desk. We would love to help you with your research!

Chat with a Librarian

Chat with a UHWO Librarian to get research help. Chat Reference is available during library operating hours only.
