About this Guide

The materials contained in this research guide can help you find resources for class assignments about corals, algae, fish, human impact on ocean life, and more.

The guide contains links to access library resources (books, e-books, scholarly journal articles, and electronic research databases) and other sources on the web. Many of UHWO resources are RESTRICTED by license to UHWO students, faculty and staff only. If you are affiliated with UHWO, you can access restricted resources from any Internet connection whether in the library or off campus. If accessing any of the electronic databases from off campus, you will need to log in with your UH username and password.
